2025 ins and outs : health and wellness edition

2025 ins and outs: Health and wellness editon: Welcome to my 2025 Ins and Outs! I love watching this type of content and was inspired to make my own healthy lifestyle edition. Here are my 2025 ins and outs meaning things I’m going to be doing in 2025. Outs are things that I don’t do or will not do.

INS:

Let’s talk ins….

  • praying everyday and putting God 1st

  • Daily Bible study / quiet time with Lord

  • Productivity

  • Waking up early (make enough time for yourself to have a peaceful morning and some time to yourself)

  • Lymphatic Drainage (Rebounding on mini trampoline, guasha, etc)

  • Not over consuming (anything lol, not over cosuming content, in terms of overspending etc.)

  • No seed oils (studies show a dramatic increase in inflammation due to seed oil use)

  • Healthy paleo diet (for me this is how I feel my best!)

  • electrolytes (I love the sugar free liquid I.V. I drink them all the time and do have a discount code with them linked here)

  • podcasts ooooo I’m a podcast girlie love self improvement, mindset, business, and entrepreneurship podcasts!

  • daily movement (walk, gym, pilates, lifting, banded bootcamp class, etc.)

  • getting sun

  • traveling

  • peace

  • reading daily or almost daily

  • building my business and making it extremely value packed for clients

  • protecting your peace

  • spending more on fun memories (travel, events, etc.)

OUTS:

Okay so let’s talk outs….

  • Over spending

  • seed oils

  • over sleeping

  • not going all in on goals and dreams

  • skipping workouts

  • tummy issues (going to be stricter in diet to avoid tummy issues)
